Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Personalized items, clearance items, and items showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact service@cenvila.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
